Throughout the day, fans can enjoy interactive soccer activations, live entertainment, photo opportunities,
giveaways, and a variety of local food and beverage options — bringing the energy of the World Cup to life
both on and off the screen.
Plus, a surprise musical guest will perform before the second match… stay tuned for the
artist reveal in the coming weeks!
Daytime Experience - Match 1: Canada vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina

Please note: All are welcome to attend both experiences! If you are interested in attending both events, you will need to register for each event separately. The venue will be cleared between match experiences. Guests attending both must exit and re-enter with a valid ticket.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Driving your car
Reserve your free parking pass in advance with Stony Brook University’s Parking Portal. Parking passes will be required upon entry to the event. Parking options include Daytime Experience (Match 1) Only, Nighttime Experience (Match 2) Only, or All Day.
Choose your preferred permit type and parking lot.

Download or print the color parking permit sent to your email.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft can drop-off and pick-up at the Administration Garage on campus (5 minute walk to the stadium). Please use the following address for your drop-off location: 100 Nicolls Rd, Stony Brook, NY 11794
LIRR – Stony Brook Station
Get dropped off by train, right on campus (8 minute walk to the stadium).
LIRR – Ronkonkoma Station
Free shuttles will be operating between Ronkonkoma Station and the stadium from 12:00pm to 12:00am.
Accessible Parking
The event will offer free ADA parking near the stadium. You must reserve your free ADA parking pass before the event using Stony Brook University’s Parking Portal. Individuals will be required to have a government issued ADA placard or plate, in addition to the event ADA parking permit. Please have the parking permit either downloaded or printed (in color) and ready to show the attendant upon entry to the lot.
ACCESSIBILITY
We are committed to making this event welcoming and accessible to all attendees. Please review the below
accessibility features that will be available throughout the event.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in sections 101, 103, 104, and 106 (East Side), sections 116, 118, 119, and 121
(West Side); and on the field.
Accessible Parking and Drop-Off
Accessible parking is available near the stadium for the World Cup Watch Party and can be reserved through the
Stony Brook University Parking Site. Individuals will be required to have a government issued ADA
placard
or plate, in addition to the event ADA parking permit. Please have the parking permit either downloaded or
printed (in color) and ready to show the attendant upon entry to the lot.
We will also have a dedicated drop-off zone at the main entrance of Kenneth P. LaValle Athletic Stadium.

Elevators
Guests who require the use of elevators have priority on all public elevators at Kenneth P. LaValle Athletic Stadium and can utilize a number of elevators located throughout the building. Please see a staff member for more information.
Emergency Evacuation
Stony Brook University Guest Services Representatives have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an
emergency evacuation situation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video board and announced
on the public address system.
Restrooms
Each restroom in Kenneth P. LaValle Athletic Stadium is accessible. Adult changing stations will be available to use in our activation lot.
First Aid
First Aid Stations are located within the stadium. Trained medical personnel are on duty for all events to
assist
guests.
Guest Services Center
Guests requiring assistance can visit our Guest Services tent in our activation lot.
Sensory Inclusion
We are proud to offer a Sensory Tent in our activation lot, which can be used by anyone who needs to take a
moment away from the noise and crowds. The tent will have special lighting, seating and activities.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, guests with disabilities may use a dog or
miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks
performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. As such, animals that solely
provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted during this event.
